Happy New Year!

We are now fully operational from our new state-of-the-art unit based at 5, Drum Mains Park. Orchardton Woods, Cumbernauld, G68 9LD. This purpose built, technologically advanced unit boasts over 35,000 sqft of energy efficient cold storage, office & meeting space and a dedicated ISO & SALSA accreditied preparation facility. Soon we will be adding our hot preparation & demonstration kitchen which will offer training facilities for everyone from local schools & colleges to businesses and individuals, demonstration space for new & existing customers and will further expand our product range to incorporate fully finished soups, sauces, main dishes & accompliments as well as private & events catering and much, much more…watch this space!



Scottish Seasonality

Scottish Beetroot out of Glamis in Aberdeenshire is plentiful along with Braids of Kinross Broccoli.

The Lothians are producing all of our roots just now & Scottish potatoes are also in full swing!

Fruits include Angus Pears & forced Rhubard from Perthshire though the weather may slow down these local items.

The rest of the UK sees Cabbage, Kale, Leeks & Celery production bursting into life. Carrots, Parsnips, Turnips & Celery are sweet & juicy adding great winter flavours to your dishes.

Our friends at Hughes Mushrooms over in Ireland are at full production too with their earthy selection of fungi including the meaty Portobello & its smaller brown chestnut cousin and our exclusive 1.1Kg chip of stunning buttons too.


Our Specials this month continue with skinless, boneless Chicken fillets in 5Kg tubs, blocks of Cheddar Cheese, both mild & mature, Goats Log, Salted & Unsalted Butter, Gourmet Mayonnaise, Back Bacon, Skinless Gammons, Fresh Soup mixes, Red & White Cooking wine & Blue Roll.
